Today, K had play practice from 8am-12pm, J had dance from 12:30-2:30, and W had baseball from 2-4. Whew! It all worked out nicely, actually, with B and me taking different driving shifts. We ended the afternoon going out for pizza where we met old friends of ours we hadn't seen in a long time.
W didn't feel like going to school yesterday so he stayed home. We had fun looking up dinosaur websites and playing games. After we dropped J off at dance, K, W, and I came home and made a big corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots dinner. B brought home bakery rye bread and I found some fresh Irish soda bread. It was sooooo good. I heard that the bishop gave a dispensation allowing us Catholics to eat meat, so it was enjoyed guilt-free, LOL! And tonight B surprised us with a half-gallon of Edy's coffee-chocolate chip ice cream. Mmmmm. Heaven.

Gotta love dispensation. We're going to have our Corned Beef and Cabbage tonight b/c we were too tired on Friday to do it, so we had some nice Irish Chinese food. LOL! Well the fortune cookies were wrapped in green. ROFL! Shame on us, St Patrick is our family St since I'm a Patrice married to a Patrick. LOL!
